P H SUBRAMANI acts currently as the group financial officer of alpine creations helping them expanding geographically across MENA Region.
Has served as a chief investment offices at NB ventures one of the prominent investment group in the region. Mani has vast experience in investments in the MENA, India and other geographies.
After working 11 years at Wipro and 10 years at Helion (AUM 1.1 Bn) and 2 years with Mr. Ratan Tata (AUM 550 Mn) ,In July 2018, (2 years ago), Nats started my own firm called Foundation Partners , which has 2 verticals (1) Company advisory (2) Fund management services.
Also to help the VC funds sub 100 Mn, take care of all their finance, compliance, operations, LP reporting and all others except Investment. There is a small team managing this. Currently managing 8 funds.
Recently joined in the Board of Navi Technologies, sachin Bansal set up Fintech holding company and also in Virtusa consulting, as independent director and Audit committee chairman. Also joined as treasurer and audit committee chair at PHFI.

Currently working with a healthcare VC fund – Alkemi, Dr. Mansi Aggarwal comes from a PE background with over 8 years of working experience She has previously worked with PE/VC funds like Sabre Partners, SHS Capital, and NHS Addenbrookes across the globe She holds a Bachelor`s degree in Dental Surgery from SDC, India and an MBA degree from University of Cambridge where she was a Bursary Scholar As an ICMR research fellow at AIIMS, she led the development of 2 innovative products for orthodontic implants and surgeries She also co-founded and co-created Transferlife Sheets – a medical device company that emanated from Stanford India Bio design and licensed to MGM
Founder of Punnaryug, Ashish has nearly 20+ years of experience in animation and live action films He has previously worked as a CEO of Reliance Animation and Reliance AIMs He is also the Co-Chairman of FICCI & MCCIA for animation and gaming committee.

Sri Guru Govind Ramesh is the financial analyst for the investment banking division of Inflection management consulting — (or Yukon capital )
Prior to joining inflection management consulting, he has undertaken several internships in finance particularly in the fin-tech space.
He is a business and finance graduate of Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt university, Dubai.

Jay is a passionate finance enthusiast with a graduation from Heriot Watt University in Dubai. He has previously worked in Fonterra Brands Middle East as the accounts payables analyst and has also completed an internship with E&Y as an audit assistant. He is currently pursuing his CFA qualification and has recently passed the level 2 examination in July 2023.

An angel investor, Ashwin has 20+ years of experience working in the private equity and international M&A sector. Has previously worked with Bahrain Mumtalakat Holdings as Director – Investments in the Aviation, Aerospace, Logistics & Transportation, TMT and education sector Have prior experience in full life cycle of private equity investing and have executed transactions in excess of USD 5 Bn in value across different geographies.
Has held board advisory positions in some of the portfolio companies while working in the private equity and created value by leading the companies in various aspects ranging from development to implementation of corporate strategy.

20+ years of experience as an integrated brand solutions expert spanning brand launches, activation campaigns and social impact projects. He has served key management role with Midas next, think tank branded entertainment, Midas events etc.
Led a team to a National Gold for ‘Outstanding Work on Social Projects’ at the Brand Equity Promo Awards for a project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates project. Dilip has also led various social initiatives which includes mobilizing nation towards water secure future project called paani ka teeka, girl child education project are few of the noted ones.
Dilip leads our real estate consulting division to provide best of the class tailor made services to our clients which includes corporates, investors and other stake holders.

Siddhant having vast experience as an Investment Banker with diverse experience of fundraising in equity/debt and strategic M&A advisory. Successfully advised companies in raising funds in D2C, contract manufacturing, student housing, diagnostics, health-tech, fin-tech, alcohol/distillery and deep tech.
Prior experience with Technology Holdings London as a Senior Analyst for M&A advisory of digital marketing agencies and Salesforce partners. Siddhant leads our India operation. CFA Level 2 cleared with Post graduation in securities and markets from NISM Mumbai. In his personal time Siddhant loves to swim and drive cars.

Asim is a dedicated accounts and finance professional, advancing his ACCA qualifications. A Heriot-Watt University Dubai graduate, he is proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Power BI. Asim’s career includes roles as a Treasury Accountant at DICO (Part of DAMAC Group) and Protocol Coordinator at EXPO 2020, showcasing strong operational and relationship management skills. He actively participates in the Dragon Boating Team at Heriot-Watt University and stays engaged with technological advancements.
